Aldo Mazza (1880-1964) began his artistic career as a caricaturist and book illustrator. By 1900, he had begun to design posters and worked with a variety of different clients to advertise sporting events, the Mele department store, and numerous publications and exhibitions.

Mario Borgoni (1869 Pesaro -1936 Rome) was an Italian painter and illustrator active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. He studied at the Fine Arts Institute in Naples, where he later taught Decorative arts. He is noted in particular for his travel posters of beautiful tourist destinations like the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Sorrento and the Italian Rivera.
